Safeguarding

Phoenix Park Academy/ Sevenhills Academy is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all its children and young people. We are incredibly proud of the wrap around care we provide. In 2022, we were awarded the Wellspring Gold Standard Safeguarding award.

If you are ever concerned that a child is in immediate danger, you should contact the police on 999.

Safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone. If you are concerned that a child is being abused, or they may be at risk of harm, you should contact our Integrated Front Door Service (IFD) to make a referral:

Members of the public and professionals can call the IFD on 01472 326292 (option 2, option 2) (Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm).

We all have a statutory duty to “safeguard and promote the welfare of children” and the safety of our young people is paramount to us. At Phoenix Park and Sevenhills Academy we have robust safeguarding practice and procedures, overseen by a very experienced Safeguarding Team.
